The cold store is a system that consists of heat-insulation framework, set of cooling equipment, monitoring automation systems. 1. For storage. It is intended for storage of chilled or frozen products, medicines, fruit ripening. Depending on the type and volume of the product, the temperature regime can vary in the range from +15 to – 26 degrees.

2.   For freezing. Designed for freezing of meat, fish, intermediate goods, dumplings, vegetables and fruits. The goods are loaded in them in batches in a cyclic mode. The temperature regime usually varies between– 22 and – 36 degrees.

Requirements for placement

The cold store can be placed on the open area or inside any buildings. It is desirable that the floor will be leveled. When installing in an open area, it is necessary to prepare a foundation and a shed that will protect the structure from precipitation and sunlight.
