A meat processing complex worth 3.4 billion rubles is planned to be built in the town of Lytkarino near Moscow.
According to the press service of the Ministry of Investment, Industry, and Science of the Moscow Region, the project will be implemented by the Lytkarino Meat Manufactory Company.

Ekaterina Zinovieva, Deputy Chairman of the Government and Minister of Investment, Industry, and Science of the Moscow Region, noted that the investment project involves the construction of a modern meat processing plant in Lytkarino. The investment volume for this project will exceed 3.4 billion rubles. The enterprise is expected to provide employment for approximately 300 people, and its commissioning is scheduled for 2026.
The new plant will produce a wide range of meat products, including raw smoked and boiled sausages, sausages and pates. The design capacity of the enterprise will be 1,260 tons of finished products per month.
This project is an important step for the development of the food industry in the Moscow region, as it will create new vacancies and increase the production of high-quality meat products. The launch of the plant will meet the growing consumer demand for sausages and pates, offering a diverse range of high-quality products.
Representatives of the Lytkarino Meat Manufactory company emphasize that the future plant will be equipped with advanced equipment that meets all safety and environmental standards. The company has a quality control system covering all stages of production, from the purchase of raw materials to the packaging of finished products. This will ensure stable product quality and compliance with high standards.
In the future, the company's management is considering the possibility of expanding its product line and increasing its production capacity. This will enable the company to gain a leading position in the meat processing market and offer consumers a wide range of high-quality and affordable food products. The opening of such a large-scale enterprise is a significant event for the entire industry, demonstrating its development and commitment to using the latest technologies.

For companies specializing in industrial refrigeration equipment, the construction of a meat processing complex in Lytkarino presents a significant opportunity for business expansion and long-term cooperation. The need for a wide range of refrigeration equipment, from cooling and freezing chambers to specialized shock freezing units and control systems, creates an opportunity to offer comprehensive solutions.
Companies with experience in the development and installation of refrigeration chambers can offer the Meat Manufactory of Lytkarino individual projects that take into account the specific features of production and the requirements for storing various types of meat products. This includes the design of medium- and low-temperature chambers, as well as refrigeration warehouse chambers that provide optimal conditions for storing chilled and frozen meat.
In terms of refrigeration units, a promising area is the provision of energy-efficient solutions for meat processing plants, packaging sections, and, of course, shock freezing.

In December 2025, Copeland—a global leader in compressor manufacturing—unveiled a new development: a CO₂ scroll compressor featuring Dynamic Vapor Injection (DVI) technology. This milestone marked a significant step in the evolution of industrial refrigeration equipment, as the combination of the natural refrigerant CO₂ and an advanced vapor injection system opens up new possibilities for enhancing energy efficiency, reducing operating costs, and meeting environmental regulations.
